Norman Technologies provides experienced Program and Project Managers, many with industry certification (Six Sigma, PMP). We have worked with a variety of project methodologies, including Waterfall and Agile, as well as hybrids and custom approached developed internally by our clients.

Though industry standard certifications for process skills are important, at Norman Technologies we place a great deal of emphasis on practical, hands-on experience – our Program and Project Managers are as comfortable with presenting to executive management as they are rolling up their sleeves and understanding project issues, roadblocks, dependencies, and deliverables at a detailed level.
